The forgetfulness of one’s physical and mental state is healthy by practicing the asanas, because the yogi thus frees himself from physical incapacities and mental distraction and offers his actions and their fruits o the lord (Iyengar)

Asanas ensure a beautiful , strong , elastic , agile and healthy body, reduce fatigue and calm the nerves . But their real impotance is in the fact that they train and discipline the mind (Iyengar) 

The classes follow a program suitable for all levels, the positions (Asana) and their variations are described in detail (so that they adapt to the student's ability), the student has the possibility to ask for explanations or advice on each Asana after it it was demonstrated by the Master. In one month the lessons follow a theme to bring the student to practice the Asanas to the fullest and therefore receive the best of the benefits and pleasure
